IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska, from the constitutional budget reserve fund; making appropriations to capitalize funds; ratifying certain expenditures; and providing for an effective date." with the: Journal Page FIN RPT CS(FIN) 10DP 2387 Representative Foster moved and asked unanimous consent that the following committee substitute be adopted in lieu of the original bill: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 343(FIN) "An Act making and amending capital, supplemental, and other appropriations and reappropriations; making a reappropriation under art. IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska, from the constitutional budget reserve fund; ratifying certain expenditures; and providing for an effective date." 2000-03-03 House Journal Page 2399 HB 343 There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 (title amendment) was offered by Representative Grussendorf: Page 1, lines 1 - 2: Delete "An Act making and amending capital, supplemental, and other appropriations and reappropriations;" Insert "An Act making supplemental appropriations, amending appropriations, reappropriations, and making appropriations for winter storm costs and for planning and design of a university museum;" Representative Grussendorf moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Objection was heard and withdrawn. There being no further objection, Amendment No. 1 was adopted and the new title appears below: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 343(FIN)(title am) "An Act making supplemental appropriations, amending appropriations, reappropriations, and making appropriations for winter storm costs and for planning and design of a university museum; making a reappropriation under art. IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska, from the constitutional budget reserve fund; ratifying certain expenditures; and providing for an effective date." Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representative Coghill: Page 5, line 28, following "RATIFICATIONS.", through page 6, line11: Delete all material. Representative Croft moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment to Amendment No. 2 be adopted. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent to withdraw Amendment No. 2 as amended. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Foster moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 343(FIN)(title am) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.
